They could use some more volunteers. The need folks to pour beer and people to help out. If anyone is interested let me know. It should be a lot of fun, and we can get some carpooling together to get over there. It is Friday April 11th. You get to get in free if you are helping out, and drink some beer. We are also going to brew a batch of beer to show homebrewing. So any suggestions for the flavor. It wouldn't really be ready for the April Meeting, but we could drink it in June. We also get to drink the Maibock we brewed at the February meeting. We'll see you all on Saturday. Also, the MT Beer Festival in Bozeman was a great event. A couple of us helped judge, and then we set up a booth and talked about homebrewing. All around a good time. I took a couple pictures, and I'll set up a slide show somewhere and link to it. I have two more barrels empty and ready to move on to new homes. One has a lid that comes completely off and one is an olive oil barrel that just has an open pour spout. Talk amongst yourselves and get back to me. No rush as I don't have a huge stockpile building up this time around. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the brewfest this weekend! Paula From nboot98 at hotmail.com Tue Apr 29 09:08:41 2008 From: nboot98 at hotmail.com (Nathan Boot) Date: Tue Apr 29 09:08:44 2008 Subject: [Brew-list] Garden City Brewfest Message-ID: This weekend is the Brew Fest here in Missoula. The club will be pouring the community brew, and have a table set up to sell T-shirts and talk to people about homebrewing. We need a few volunteers to hang out at the table. I will be there a little later in the evening, but it woulb be great to have a few more people. Pam you said you could help out and Caroline is also on the list. Amy and Ben if you are still interested let me know. I talked to Ryan and Mike, and the Missoula Downtown association doesn't let you guys into the Brew fest for free, but since you are working for the club we can reimburse you. So anyone else interested in volunteering for the table let me know. Thanks Nathan 543-9573 _________________________________________________________________ Make i'm yours.?
