[Brew-list] Some things for spring

Hello everyone,

I wanted to send out a couple of ideas that some people have mentioned to me.  First off, it is spring and Barb had a suggestion about hops.  There is a shortage of hops, and prices have risen.  We are in a great spot to grow hops, and there are people in the club, and not in the club, that have hops, but don't feel like putting the time into dealing with them.  If anyone is interested in doing something with these hops, lets do it.  I myself wouldn't mind spending a little time helping someone out taking care of their hops.  Also if anyone wants to get some roots and grow their own someone might be willing to donate them.  If anyone has hops that they want help with let us know.  If anyone wants hops and someone would be willing to donate let us know.  I myself could certainly use a few roots.  

Also, the MT Beer Festival is coming to Bozeman on April 11th.  One of the organizers contacted us and was hoping some of us could come and help out.  He seemed possibly interested in having us judge,  and maybe do a brew presentation.  If anyone is interested let me know.  I haven't heard back from him, but I wanted to let folks know so they might have time to prepare.  If some people just want to go and enjoy the beer festival I think we might be able to give some rides.  Let me know if your interested.
