[Brew-list] The Belgian that could not be stopped

I tried to keep in the bucket, really:

Brewed this on Saturday, and that's how it looked Monday morning.

No worries -- I cleaned everything up with a towel dipped in sanitizing 
solution, cleaned and re-sanitized the lid and airlock, and put 
everything back together with a blow-off tube.

It's a Belgian Strong Dark Ale 
(http://www.bjcp.org/2008styles/style18.html#1e) which should end up 
around 8% ABV.

In other news, I acquired some hemp-plugs from Tim at the Kettlehouse 
and made a Hempen Blonde last weekend -- will try and bring some to the 
April meeting.
