The Grizzly Growler (http://grizzlygrowler.com) just asked this question here: http://missoulaspeaks.grupthinkpro.com/topic/2/Best_Missoula_seasonal_beers_for_spring I thought you all might have an opinion. For those of you familiar with the grupthink.com voting system that we use to decide beer styles, tshirt quotes, etc, this will feel familiar. Message-ID: <5f2003740905142058h6cb09147pb8398614819633d1@mail.gmail.com> Hi All - I recently decided to start brewing my own Kombucha Tea. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kombucha on a recommendation from my sister, I ordered supplies from the happy herbalist happyherbalist.com Anyway, he made a mistake with my order, and when he sent the additional supplies, he included a second kombucha starter SCOBY (symbionic colony of bacteria and yeast) that arrived today. i've been brewing for over two weeks, and my kombucha is happy and healthy and producing a pint a day, so i've got no need for this additional SCOBY. If anybody has any interest in it, let me know and you can have it. I can't send it back, because it would die in transit, as it has a limited shelf life. if anybody wants it and can pick it up and get their own kombucha brewing, just let me know. bye for now.
