[Fcalerts-list] DC Court Refuses to Reverse

The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit has refused the District of 
Columbia's request for an en banc (full court) rehearing of a three 
judge panels decision overturning a portion of DC's restrictive gun laws 
on Second Amendment grounds.

The District is expected to now appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.
