[Mtnorml-list] Missoula County Marijuana Initiative under attack

Friends,

As you may have heard, Missoula County is considering amending I-2, the 
marijuana deprioritization initiative, to exclude felony marijauna 
offenses.

The problems with this approach are 1) that's not what we the people 
voted for, and 2) felonies include growing 1 plant, and handing a joint 
to a friend.

If you're in Missoula County, something you could do to help defend the 
initiative would be to call Missoula County and let them know you 
understood what you were voting for, and would prefer that the County 
not change the initiative until they identify an actual problem.
