The Missoula County Initiative #2 Community Oversight Committee (chaired 
by yours truly) has released their initial Grievance Packet, which means 
that if you've been harassed or busted for marijuana activity in 
Missoula County since Nov 2006, this is your chance to file a complaint.

Instructions for your attorney and precautions are included.

While the Committee is not empowered to offer any remedies, collecting 
these grievances helps us evaluate the extent to which County officials 
are doing what the voters have asked: treating adult marijuana activity 
as their lowest possible priority.


The Montana NORML team is headed to Scotland, Denmark, and (yes!) 
Amsterdam for the next two weeks and will be away from email and the
