Sorry for the late notice on this. Daniel Skaggs is putting together the 
Global Marijuana March again this year, and he sends this update for the 
Missoula event:

We are meeting at the Franklin St. foot bridge by the University at 4 
P.M. and marching at 4:20.  I am encouraging people to bring noise 
makers and dress up!  A exclusive after party will be taking place later
