For those of you in Missoula, there are a couple pertinent events going 
on you may want to attend:



** TUESDAY, OCT 2ND, 7PM, UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA (Liberal Arts Room 11):

Washington state legislator Roger Goodman will present a talk entitled: 
*“Exit Strategy” for the “War” on Drugs*

Goodman consults the King County Bar Association in Seattle with its 
Drug Policy Project, a high-level partnership of professional and civic 
organizations in Washington State examining current drug policies and 
promoting cheaper, more effective and more humane alternatives. More

** WEDNESDAY, OCT 3RD, 7PM, ELKS LODGE (112 N Pattee)

"Candidates Gone Wild" -- a Missoula City Council Candidate Forum. We 
hear that NBC's Today Show and Nightly News teams will be there.  The 
candidates may be asked a question about whether they'd support  a 
marijuana-as-lowest-priority policy at the city level (similar to what 
is already in effect at the county level). More here:
