[Mtnorml-list] CLARIFICATION: SB-326 Passes the Montana Senate!

A clarification: The bill has passed its "second reading" -- there is 
one more to go in the Senate, probably on Monday.

You should still thank your Senator if they voted for it, but there is 
work yet to be done to move this bill forward.
