[Mtnorml-list] SB-326 passes Third Reading, transmitted to House

[Montana NORML]

SB-326, the medical marijuana improvement bill, just passed the Senate's
"third reading" with a vote of 28-22. That means it's on its way to the
House, and closer than ever to becoming the law in Montana.
