Victory.

SB-212, the "Patient Blood-Letting Bill", was "tabled" in the Senate 
Judiciary Committee today. Basically, that means they decided it wasn't 
worth voting on.

It's DEAD.

I have heard from many people who called to encourage committee members 
to kill this bill, and have heard repeatedly that the legislative 
services folks who take the calls knew exactly what message they needed 
to take -- because they'd taken the same message over and over from 
numerous informed, concerned Montanans.  Outstanding!
