Friends,

The most immediate action we need to take is in support of HB 541, a 
bill which would remove criminal penalties for possession of less than 
an ounce -- for any adult.

The hearing is Tuesday morning the 10th at 8AM. This would be a good 
time to ask the boss/spouse/kids for the day off, arrange for 
transportation, etc.

I will have a more detailed update late this week.


Meanwhile, SB-326, the medical marijuana improvement bill, passed the 
Senate last week and so now must be considered by the House.  The 
state's website says the hearing may be on March 20th, so that's another 
one to plan for.
